GOALS ASES Elementary School Programs

What We Do

The GOALS After School Education and Safety (ASES) Elementary School Programs focus on providing youth with various opportunities that support youth physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. These opportunities may include:

  • Weekly sports and physical fitness

  • Educational ennrichment

  • Homework assistance

  • Weekly off-campus field trips

GOALS has established a 5-day per week after school initiative at Oak View Elementary School in the city of Huntington Beach know as GOALS For Oak View (GFOV). Partnering directly with the Ocean View School District, GOALS for Oak View features: ​

  • Daily sports and fitness activities

  • Nutritional snack time

  • Specialized GOALS curriculum (GOALS Classes)

  • Weekly film screening oriented around sports or social figures

  • Weekly off-campus field trips

GOALS for Rio Vista

GOALS has partnered with the PYLUSD CASA Program to provide support to the after school opportunities available at Rio Vista Elementary School in the City of Anaheim. Services offered include:​

  • Daily sports and fitness activities

  • Daily homework assistance

  • Nutritional snack time

  • Weekly clubs and educational enrichment

Monday - Friday

End of school day - 6:00 PM 

Grades Served:

1st Grade - 2nd Grade

Alongside the daily support provided to the CASA Program, GOALS also hosts a weekly after school enrichment opportunity that includes:

  • Specialized GOALS classes that focuses on inspirational sport moments and social figures

  • Weekly off-campus field trips that teach enrolled students the fundamentals of ice hockey

Tuesdays

GOALS Class: 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM

Anaheim ICE Field Trips: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
